In an accident?

Call 911. Once the reporting officer arrives, be sure to ask the officer for a police report number. Send photos of the report number, damages of all vehicles and/or property involved, and insurance cards/IDs of all drivers involved to info@ridewithjax.com, and report the accident to Jax by calling 404-490-1613.

Need service?

Take the vehicle to the nearest Tires Plus, Pep Boys, Grease Monkey, or Firestone for service. Just show them the card below upon arrival:
